Undupe is a PHP CLI script that scans a specific directory and tells or deletes those files that are duplicated through their SHA1 fingerprint.

Undupe not only checks a fingerprint of the files but also considers the file basename root to determine if they belong to the same group or not, this way you have more control and avoid deleting intentionally duplicated files that simply have a totally different name for another context.
