How does it works

After loged in magento admin panel from Catalog->Reviews and Ratings we will find a new option Advanced Customer Rviews.

From Advanced Customer Rviews if we click All Reviews we will get the list of customer reviews as following screenshot

After click on Import Product review button we will find the following Csv import from where we will upload the csv file for the reviews of the products as following screenshot.

After browse the Csv file and upload it we will get the the information on the list again as follows

After Click on Edit fuction we will get the following edit from to edit the information

  • Product Id:is the Id of the Product in Magento Admin Panle
  • Name:Name Of the Customer who giving the reviews
  • Star:How many star for the review
  • Date:Review Date
  • Review:Reviews Description
  • Status:Status of the reviews 1=Published,2=Pending,3=Not Approved
