The system is very simple. To make sure, that undesirable people are not able to buy at your magento shop, this is the perfect plugin for you.

The administrator is able to add / remove E-Mail Adresses from a Blacklist simple in the admin area. If one E-Mail Address is blacklisted, there is no way to send an order again. The Blacklist Extension hooks into the checkout process at the invoice address (customer and guest) and disallow to go further. The user will get an javascript alert and can’t go further. Alters can be customized in the admin area each store and store view, so it’s you are able to use it in your multi language stores.
