FoodFox is also designed a multi-vendor Food, Grocery, e-Commerce, Parcel, Pharmacy, or any other type of product delivery system built with Laravel and the Flutter Framework. FoodFox comprises of Mobile App, Admin Panel, and Web

• Customer application for Android, iOS, and web developed using Flutter.
• Delivery Man App developed for Android application using Flutter (Require to purchase separately).
• Store App for both Android and iOS developed using Flutter (Require to purchase separately)
• Super Admin web panel developed using Laravel (Admin can provide access based on roles.)
• Store web panel developed using Laravel (Owner can also provide access based on roles.)

Flow of Order:

• The customer places an order from a single store (orders cannot be placed from multiple stores at the same time).
• The order is received in the order request section and accepted for delivery by the delivery boys.
• The store owner receives the order on their dashboard and begins processing or cooking after receiving the delivery man’s confirmation (if the delivery confirmation model is enabled).Then the delivery boy is given the parcels.
• If the order is digitally paid, it enters the confirmed status instantly and the store receives the order on their dashboard (it does not depend on the delivery boy’s confirmation).
• The delivery man’s confirmation is not necessary in either case if the admin activates the store’s confirmation model, but following the store’s confirmation, the delivery men will receive the order for acceptance.
• The Delivery boy accepts the order, confirms it (if it’s COD), picks it up, and delivers it to the Customer.
• If customers choose self-pickup, the stores will handle every step.
• For confirmed orders, all processes will begin within 15 minutes of the scheduled delivery time.

• Draw accurate coverage area on the map: In the admin panel, you can manage multiple zones for your business coverage area. The map drawing tool will assist you in creating your coverage properly. Stores can be added to these zones. Only users who are in range can place orders.
