Slack My Stuff – Simple script with Slack integration
SlackMyStuff is a lightweight script that easily integrates any forms or capabilities to the Slack Channel of your workspace. For example, all data submitted in a form field will be sent to your Slack Channel. This simple integration is also useful to track logs and errors instantly.
For the integration with Slack you need an API token. We suggest to log in as a Slack administrator in order to obtain a personal access token.

Requirements
Your server need to meet the following requirements in order to run SlackMyStuff.
- Apache or IIS with PHP support
- PHP 5.6+ (this template was created using version 7.3)
