Defold is a free, lightweight game engine which is easy to use and perfect for making hyper casual games just like this.

The full source code and assets (including graphics, fonts, sounds and vector design file) are included. You will be able to modify this game in anyway you wish. A step by step guide for Android and iOS publishing is also included.
